Pieology Pizzeria in Rancho Mirage

I love this place and its concept. My family and I go there often. The ingredients are consistently fresh and abundant (they don't run out of stuff), the staff is always very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and it has a pleasant atmosphere. You get a pretty large pizza with as many toppings as you want on it, custom made to order for $9 ... how can you beat that? They also have chicken wings, fresh salads custom made and a selection of side orders. Great food.

Best pizza place in the desert! Fast serving place and you could stuff your pizza as many as you want. Kudos!

Vegan Fail! The only crust that is vegan is the gluten-free kind which is sad when you aren't gluten-free and would love a normal crust. The artisan has L-cysteine. The wheat crust has honey. The cauliflower crust has cheese. The first fail was placing our crusts on dirty pizza spatulas with other crumbs and cheese previously baked onto it. Nobody changed their gloves to handle our daiya, veggies, or plant protein toppingsThen our pizza comes out of the oven ready to be sliced and instead of using the GREEN handled labeled VEGAN pizza cutter we see she grabbed the RED one contaminated with regular cheese/meat etc. Pieology please improve the minimum standards 🙏 for vegans, and please make a vegan crust that isn't gluten-free.

Every table was dirty. Broom to sweep floor looked like a porcupine. I'm wondering if they get a bonus if they put barely any toppings on?

Amazing food. Absolutely incompetent employees and manager. It’s annoying how good the food is because I am forced to keep eating here! I have eaten/ordered from here no less than 20 times. I literally (and I actually mean literally) have NEVER gotten an order 100% correct. Ever. It’s truly incredible. Owner really needs to invest in training his/her employees and management staff.

The thin crust pizza is always great. The deep dish has been a hit or miss. Sometimes completely raw inside.The staff is nice enough. But the wait times are ridiculous. There has to be a better system.My kids really like it though. So we go and we wait.

Cool place...busy. First time there..Make your own pizza. 8 and change to start....one vegan for daughter one EVERYTHING for me! Plus 2 big cookies for just under $27. Interesting change it up place....

Pieology makes you a custom pizza with 6 choices of crust, including deep dish. Cooking is done in 5 or 6 minutes. Lots of topping choices. Nice patio dining area. My only complaint was the music was too loud on the patio so i went inside.

I did not have a good experience at the Pieology on Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage. “To go” orders take precedence and my pizza sat on the counter to get cold while they left to make up phone orders. Two of the lemonades were empty and they didn’t fill them until we asked that they be filled. When they did so, one bucket of lemonade was left full on the floor and the lid was tossed on the counter. The manager was very rude. We have been coming to this restaurant for a while, and we have had great service until the past two times.

Build your own pizza and salads. This is a great place to customize your pizza and salads. You choose the crust, sauce, cheese, veggies and meats to your likings and that's for both the pizzas and salads. The ingredients are all fresh and your pizza is ready in minutes. This is for lovers of quality pizza, not a $5 take home for the kids. This is a great place for the whole family. The kids can build their own healthy pizza and or salad. I built mine with meats and my wife veggies and meats.We also built a salad with fresh veggies and chicken. We also were lucky enough to come in on their annual 3.14 deal date, buy one pizza get a second one for $3.14. So for $22 we had 2 custom built pizzas and a custom built salad. Staff is friendly and professional, the dining areas are kept very clean We ate inside but they also have an outside patio area. They also have hot wings and beer. This place is excellent. The thin crust pizza is always cooked perfectly - slightly crunchy throughout, never soggy. And the service is always fast, I'm never late getting back to work. Definitely recommended.

This pizza was delicious and healthy. It was freshly made and I picked it up right after coming out the oven. And it was about ten dollars so it was a great deal. It had pep, sausage, pineapple, tomatoes, green and red peppers, mushrooms, onion and olives and basil leaves. I would definitely go again and recommend.

My family loves Pieology. It has become an every Sunday lunch for us. I like that it is $7.95 for one pizza no matter how many toppings you add. The pizza cooks quickly and tastes so fresh. Even my picky eater, eats her 4 slices every time. The restaurant is also very clean and the staff is so friendly.I have also had the chance to set up a school fundraiser with the manager James. He is so kind and generous. If you are looking for a great fundraiser or a place to stop and have lunch or dinner, this is your place.

This is one of the best pizza places ive had in Coachella Valley. Their ingredients are always fresh and customer service is awesome. And its nice to see the owners are right there in the front preparing the pizzas with the employees.

Best pizza in desert hands down

It's not the same as Blaze Pizza but hubby loves that they have a deep dish option. I'm a thin crust type of gal so I prefer their thin crusts. But overall, this place makes delicious pizza just the way you want it.

First time going to this place, and had one of the best pizzas I ever ate (and I'm picky 😁). My pizza was their thick rise crust (not to be confused with their super thick deep dish crust). Had their classic red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, green peppers, red onions, cilantro, oregano, and basil. Their pepperoni is small circular crispy bites of perfection. The veggies were fresh. Was one of the best and most flavorful pizzas I ever had. Will be going back there again for sure.

When we first came to this place after it opened we liked another Build Your Own chain, but they have definitely improved here today was one of the best pizzas we have gotten, didn’t have to ask for the girl to put the sauce closer to the edge and she made sure we were happy with the amount of cheese on the pizza before passing it on to the next person for toppings. The man at the register was also amazing, nice, polite and thanked us for waiting while he helped the rest of the staff.

This place is fun. You get to pick your pizza to be the way you want it. Be wary of the thick crust (not the pan, I have no history with the pan) last two times my wife has ordered the thick crust SMs both times it was doughy and not completely cooked in the middle. Management did a decent job handling it, although they didn't offer any thing for their mistake.

The wings were great, juicy and covered in Franks, my favorite!! We also got the "deep dish" pizza. Ya no, the toppings were great, but the crust was just too bready and thick, like 2 inches thick! Lol! Ended up just eating the toppings off. Will try this place again, but get thin crust next time.🤷‍♀️😉

The Pizza is great, love that i can have a cold beer with my pizza(local at that) and there Organic Juices are bomb, and dont get me started on there thick pie rise crust. They also have a garlic cheesy bread for 3.99 with the purchase of a pizza and the churro pizza is to die for( have to try it on the thick crust). They also have TVs with sports and one of the few in the valley that show The Dodgers. The Crew is also very friendly and helpful will be back for sure.

We are vacationing and ordered BBQ chicken pizza, Pepperoni pizza and Artichoke.. the pizzas were wonderful great crust and full of flavor however we order the large salad with Ranch dressing and the delivery guy forgot the dressing so now we have a salad we can’t eat. It took me 20 minutes to get a hold ofGrub hub and when I did the refunded $.85 for the dressing only. I now have a $9 salad I cannot eat ... ugh maybe you all should find another way to have your food delivered..

Love this place! I'm dying for you to come to Canada. I loved the fact that they are openly a Christian company with inspirational verses and quotes on their walls. The pizza is fabulous and my husband loved the wings!

Nothing like a personalized pizza! Once you get through the line and pick your pizza toppings it gets baked and to your table in no time.

Great tasting pizza that you get to create however you wish, and at a fairly reasonable price too. Drink refills when you dine in but I especially love the all you can drink icees. Came here for my birthday dinner with my family and everyone was able to get something personalised to their exact liking and most of us had leftovers to take home too. 4 adults @ something a little less than $50.

I was told Pieology was the best pizza place in Rancho Mirage. I was very disappointed when the pizza was burnt. I wasn't able to enjoy it. The pizza did not meet my standards. It seems as if you guys can't complete a simple task making sure the pizza is cooked to perfection. Also the tables and chairs were dirty. I had to get a napkin and dust of the crumbs that were left on the table and chair. I strongly feel blaze pizza is the best custom pizza joint.

I ordered a thin crust pizza. I asked for ingredients but notice she was very stingy with all toppings. I even asked for more cheese and she told me there would be an extra charge. After ordering, I went to sit down and noticed not one clean table in the place. Every table had some bits of food and smears of a greasy substance. I asked for something to wipe the table down with and was told it would be taken care of. Never was.I had to ask for my receipt, they didn't even ask if I wanted one.I will not be going back.I do not understand all of the high ratings this place gets. I wonder if they are legitimate.The pizza was not up to even frozen standards.

Always a good place to eat, the manager and employees seem happy. This brings a certain atmosphere to the place which is actually pretty relaxing

Been in here multiple times, service is always slow despite having 11 ppl working behind the counter. I dont get it.

I just love this place I eat here every time I come to palm springs I just love the salad and Buffalo wings and they have home made cookies delicious and the customer service is very good and the place is very clean..

Its was my first time at Pieology Pizza. When I walked in I was greeted service was awesome. Food was even better. Great place to eat or even watch a football game. Try it you will love it.

BETTER THAN BLAZE! But... Blaze’s spicy red sauce and spicy pesto will be missed! Deep dish is the best! THEY HAVE WINGS! THEY HAVE A ICEE MACHINE. They have a kid size pizza! They have a vegan option too if your kid has allergies!

Really great menu and flavors. Very accommodating to different dietary needs including myself, being lactose intolerant.
